Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using EZMusic. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and Vuong Trung Kien, the individual developer who operates EZMusic (“we”), of 218 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hong Bang, Hai Phong, Vietnam, governing your use of the app and its accompanying processing servers (the “Service”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you notice unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use EZMusic for non-commercial learning and practice. The app, its interface, code and the EZMusic brand belong to us or our licensors.

5. Content and copyright

Only submit videos, audio files or other content you have the right to use. Tutorials generated by EZMusic are for your personal practice only; you may not distribute, sell or use them commercially unless you hold the rights to the original music.

You are responsible for complying with copyright law and the terms of wherever you obtained the content. EZMusic grants you no rights to third-party works.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with details of the work and proof of ownership.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: break the law or infringe others’ rights; submit unlawful content; access, probe or interfere with our systems without authorisation; send automated bulk requests or deliberately overload the Service; reverse engineer the app except where the law permits; or use the Service to build a competing product.

7. Machine-generated results

Tutorials are generated automatically through audio analysis and may not be fully accurate (wrong, mistimed or missing notes). Treat results as a practice aid, not as official sheet music.

8. Features in development

Some features are marked “Coming soon” or are experimental. We may add, change or discontinue any feature at any time to improve the Service.

9. Third-party services

EZMusic integrates services from Apple and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content or operations.

10. Service availability

Creating tutorials requires an internet connection and EZMusic’s servers. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control. We may limit request volume to keep the Service fair for everyone.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will be accurate, error-free or uninterrupted. This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EZMusic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

14. Apple terms

If you downloaded EZMusic from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. This agreement is between you and EZMusic, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app, its maintenance, support or any related claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app; continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights where you live.
